Application method
For daily health maintenance one sachet at a time, for physical ailments two sachets at a time, first pour one kilogram of boiling water, stir for 3-4 minutes, add water as needed until a comfortable temperature is reached, bathe the feet for 20 minutes until some sweat comes out.
